Present: PM, GR, CV, CR, MA, CD, DO, LB, UH (rec)

* BGO
    - DO is testing it in a light tight box
* Mitutoyo
    - running now
    - calibration lost (by moving limit switches), needs to be fixed in software (EPICS stepping)
    - final intention is to compare EPICs and Mitutoyo, but rely on Mitutoyo as main reading
    - DO working on calibration
    - the Mitutoyo should not be touched, as it could be zeroed!! DO will put a perspex box over 
      the unit.
* Solar cells:
    - VME-based system (Vmic PC), VF48 card from TACTIC
    - GR: VF48 frontend and analyzer runnning
    - equipment available for several months
    - pre-amps tested and work
    - the slits will be needed for the actual acceptance tests
* EC submissions:
    - 19Ne and 23Mg by CV and Uwe Greife
    - 25Al, 17Fl, 20Na by CR/AC
    - 15O and 13N by LB
    _ drafts should be circulated a week before submission

* upgrades: designer starts work on upgrades this week
