Minutes of the DRAGON meeting, March 17, 2009, 14:00

Present: DO, DH, CD, LB, PM, LM, UH, CR, GR (recorder)

- Hardware, preps for run next week
  * ED & ED2 are conditioning (DH)
  * Root blowers are ok. Turbos will be tested (on/off) (DO)
  * MCP foils will be checked (UH)
  * IC window (needed for 18F run and for alpha transmission tests)
    will check Wed. (CR)
  * DAQ (CR):
    Konstantin changed to CAEN VME ADCs - works
    BGO tests needed ("hvcontrol")
  * ISAC beam del. forms etc. filled, 21Ne requested.
  * Main goal: DAQ test, exercise wg of Ecm=732 keV for 21Ne(p,g) to be compared
    with prev. measurement (thesis Sabine).
    Should also be visible in elastics.

- 23Mg analysis
  * See emails between Luke and Chris. Not sure about correct transmission.
    More simulations needed.

- 22Na (Seattle)
  * few% loss in the chamber
  * No visible resonance shift from C buildup or 22Na loss
  * Another few weeks needed for target characterization etc 

- 26Al implantation
  Needed by Anuj and by Lothar. Needs be be ne negotiated.

- Christof managed to implant 31P in Zurich
