Minutes of the DRAGON Meeting 17 February, 2009 Present: PM, CR, CAD, DAH, LB, DO, UH, GR 1) The DRAGON stolen laptop has been found! It was recovered by the authorities. We should copy the TOTAL station data (if it is still there) to some safe repository. SB's: cost, $1k each. Exactly same as Jac's, except that they require a 70 V bias. 2) Draft schedule 115: We may have two days of `Test' time, 9-11 May. 18F(p,gamma) starts on 20 May until 1 June. A few days later we have 26Al implanting time at 8pi, 4-7 June. 20-30 micron foils will be used. Supernanogan time: Kerthie asked for 6 weeks. Three weeks of that are in June after the implant time. Two DRAGON experiments could use stable beam: 16O(12C,gamma) in April? 17O(alpha, gamma) in June? Scheduled use of gamma detectors in TACTIC? Will await results of TACTIC meeting to resolve scheduling scenarios. 3) 22Na: CR & DO will be down at Seattle. 456 keV res. checks confirms that targets are the same. 22Na target scans produced. Removed ~1% of activity when cleaned with alcohol. Much less loss than with evaporated targets. Searched for putative resonance at ~200 keV; data shown. Next target will be used for the 214 keV resonance.
