   Nothing said about previous minutes

1. Quad alignment status
   CR: Got Total Station from Bruno Gaspari,  initial measurements look ok. 

2. MCP and DSSD designs (items to purchase?)
   - New MCP box has 2 mirrors now (see attachment)
   - The alpha source upstream can be retracted
   - We need to buy/machine:
     * An alpha source
     * 2 ladders
       PM: 2 spare ladders might be available, will check...
     * SHV Feed-througs

   - Small DSSSD box:
     - How do we bring DSSSD and IC entrance window mutually to
       the same z-position?
       DSSSD will have a door mechanism for ease of access. DSSSD box 		will have independent pumping system based in gate valve - same for 	IC when installed. DSSSD box will be moved out of the way when IC	 installed. .
       Therefore, the shopping list continues:
       * Small turbo pump
       * Special KF40-containing gate valve
